Shipping and Delivery Policy

Serpok.com is an online service. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges, courier or delivery address apply to any order.

Delivery of Service

All plans are delivered online in your Serpok account. Your plan is activated right after the payment is successful, and you can start using it from your dashboard straight away. A confirmation is also sent to your registered email address.

If your payment was successful but the plan is not active in your account within 30 minutes, please contact us at [email protected] with your registered email address and payment details.
