Cancellation and Refund Policy

After purchase, if service is not provided or fails to function for three consecutive days, then users can request for a refund within five working days of placing the order. Serpok reserves the right to process the refund in full, in part, or to cancel the refund request at its discretion.
Note: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and should be credited within 7 to 10 working days.

Serpok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove any content/service on the website at any time, without any notification. Additionally, Serpok reserves the right to discontinue service in user account temporarily or permanently at any time. If user account get blocked, user not use service or user not ok with data quality then users will not be entitled to any refund or compensation.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, if the service is not provided or fails to function for three consecutive days, the user may request to cancel the order. The refund will be processed within seven business days.
All orders are prepaid, and cancellations will not be accepted after five business days from the date of purchase. Serpok reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notification to the user. For any cancellation and refund, customer need to contact us via email. As serpok, provide online service so no physical shipping of goods is applicable.
